The Parlor Pizza Kitchen | Our Story
A New Home for Old-Fashioned Cooking
We’re a new location with an old-fashioned way of doing things: from scratch. Our dough is made daily, and our sauce starts with fresh plum tomatoes imported from our hometown in the San Marzano Nocerino Salerno region. We believe what you put into preparing a meal is what you get out of it.
Our Tradition Starts in the Kitchen
Fresh dough and imported San Marzano plum tomatoes are the foundation of our kitchen. We carry that care through a menu of pizza, pasta, panini, and homemade desserts. It’s food rooted in Italian tradition, prepared with pride, and meant to be enjoyed around a full table.
The Gino’s Family Tradition Continues
You may know our Gino’s family restaurants in Great Neck, Port Washington, Manhasset, Flushing, Brooklyn, Roslyn, and Sandy Hook, CT. Each has its own special touch, but we share a commitment to fresh ingredients, quality meals, and a welcoming atmosphere. Now we bring that spirit to Whitestone. Our family looks forward to seeing yours.
There’s a Place for You Here
A good neighborhood restaurant is about more than what’s on the plate. At The Parlor, generous portions and a warm welcome make room for family dinners, familiar faces, and new traditions. Pull up a chair in Whitestone and enjoy the kind of meal that brings people together.
